After joining the Tourism industry at the young age of 22, there was no looking back for him. His career began as a Transfer Representative which let him experience this trade from level zero. A very dynamic personality to have around, he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a good employee is only one of his positive traits and he is also very good at singing, acting and dancing. He believes in building a team and then growing with it, thus, giving his colleagues immense freedom to work and achieve their goals!

Mr. Sanjay Logani

With 34 years in Inbound Tourism and Hotel industry, Mr. Sanjay Logani oversees the markets of France and Canada. The richness of Indian civilization, its incredible diversity and the genuine smile of local people is what fascinates him and makes him so passionate about his work. His philosophy is to be true to oneself, he believes in equal distribution of wealth & opportunities and is constantly pushing for perfection. He enjoys working for poor woman entrepreneurs and local NGOs to bring sustainable quality change in human life and mother earth.

Mr Lalit Mehra

Meticulous and well organized, Mr. Mehra, is a finance wizard with over 20 years of experience in Inbound Tourism. His ability to forge strong relationships and his interpersonal skills are key contributors to his success. Leading one day at a time to the fullest, with clarity in purpose and passion, he always sees the positive in every situation. He enjoys music and travelling as much as he loves the diversity of India.

Mr. Prabhat Verma

With a keen eye on Europe and USA markets, Mr. Prabhat Verma always combines in his itineraries his deep passion for adventure and strong professional experience. A brilliant wildlife and birding photographer, avid cycling lover and trekker, he loves coming up with new product development ideas and many other creative initiatives. A pragmatic journeyman, he believes in keeping things simple and sexy, a motto he lives by.

Ajay Singh

Ajay handles the Austrian Market at Le Passage. His interest & knowledge of the tourism industry is backed by an experience of 20 years in Operations and Sales & Marketing domains. He views India as a continent rather than as a country for he believes India is truly dynamic in its nature given its various cultures, traditions & religions and has himself travelled extensively throughout the country. He is a believer of the philosophy ? Fall down seven, get up eight and tries to impart this wisdom to his fellow colleagues as well.

Ashvini Kumar

Ashvini studied English Literature before becoming qualified tourism professional. A through professional with a structured approach, he was into hardcore operations before entering the Contracting and Vendor Management. Ashvini now spearheads Vendor Management, Online Business and Distribution using his strengths in operations and procurement. Adventurous by nature, Ashvini loves exploring new and far-flung places with his wife and daughter in his SUV and wants to remain a traveller all his life. He believes that ?A failure establishes only this that our determination to succeed was not strong enough?.

Ms. Meeta Kalra

Born at a young age and with work experience that spans across three continents and in different fields, Ms. Kalra found her niche in travel. When she is not writing or creating perfect itineraries for her clients, you can find her playing with and taking care of her 13 dogs and 6 cats. One of her favorite quotes that she does her best to live by every day is ?You did not wake up today to be mediocre.

Mr. Lajpat Kumar

In the tourism industry for nearly three decades now, Lajpat is the cluster head of Le Passage ? with the Scandinavia, Poland, Greece, and the Italian market under him. He is responsible for developing Business from these countries. Lajpat is truly in love with the Indian culture, its traditions and its deep rooted mythology, a subject which he would enjoy and willingly discuss. While he is an avid traveler, he is also voracious reader, a movie enthusiast, a connoisseur-collector of music, and a foodie!

B Shanti

Handling French Market for the past 20 years with an overall experience of 27 years in travel industry, Ms. B Shanti has been with Le Passage to India since its inception. She believes in following a customer centric approach and has excellent knowledge of taking care of the operations sector of the business. She is a traveller herself and appreciates the beauty & diversity in culture India has to offer! Her easy-going yet very dedicated attitude towards work makes her a pleasure to work with!

S N Rai

Mr. Rai has been a part of the travel industry for almost two decades now. Very focused and determined in his efforts and energy, he puts his heart and soul into his work. Of a bonhomie disposition, he leads his team with a positive attitude and adaptability to new and challenging situations. He presently looks after Operations & Sales specializing in the European market.

Madhu Pant

Mr. Madhu Sudan Pant is responsible for handling the German market at Le Passage to India. His 22 years of experience in the travel industry helps to strengthen & growing the operations and sales domain. He is driven by his passion to provide all his clients with excellent service and is always trying to enhance his proposed travel plans to them. Having travelled to Ladakh by road himself, he is a true fan of road trips and tries to incorporate them in his suggestions often. He absolutely loves his job & believes 'Each day is a new day to learn' and envisions Le Passage to always be the #1 DMC in India.

Pramod Kumar

Travelling and counselling people for travelling for 15 years now, Pramod still feels young & enthusiastic as ever! He is popular for his time management skills and currently manages Russian & CIS Departments. He is a sports enthusiast and has excellent leadership skills. He loves to experiment and that reflects in the way he creates travel plans for his clients. He speaks fluent Russian and this is what he has to say to you all

Arvind Bhatia

Arvind has an experience of over 25 years to support his knowledge in sales, operations and contracting background. He is responsible for handling Spain, Portugal, French & Benelux markets. He holds this organisation in high regard for he believes, here employees can grow individually and also get exposure. He stands by his motto ?Change with time? and this reflects in how he tries to experiment with travel whether it is his for the clients or his own self. He makes sure to use his travel experiences to keep introducing something new & interesting that always justifies the uniqueness of India!

Shekhar Dutta

Shekhar has been in the tourism industry for nearly 30 years, and spent more than 22 years, associating with the French market. With his in-depth knowledge and experience, he has mastered the art of understanding vital client requirements, in this region. Gaining satisfied customers is the crux of attaining success, and Shekhar has often demonstrated his ability to do so. Shekhar is very passionate about travelling and his job requires him to do a fair bit of travel. This is one of the reasons that keep him full of enthusiasm.
