Cancellations Terms :
 

All cancellations / amendments must be received in writing and refunds will be made after deducting the retention charges. The cancellation / amendment charges criteria is as follows–

More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival - No retention
15-30 days before the scheduled arrival - 1 night’s special room rate
08-14 days before the scheduled arrival  - 50% of the total estimated room bill
Less than 08 days before scheduled arrival & no-shows - full estimated bill.
